Sterling Silver Large Round St. Maria Faustina Medal - 15/16

15/16" Antiqued finish sterling silver St. Maria Faustina round medal on a 20" stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a raised profile image of Saint Maria Faustina on the front. On the top and bottom of the pendant are the words, "Saint Maria Faustina Pray For Us" in black text. The left and right sides of the medal feature engraved and antiqued stars. The back of the medal is blank with a brushed finish. Includes an elegant deluxe velour jewelry box. Saint Maria Faustina of the Blessed Sacrament was born in Poland. She experienced visions of Jesus as the King of Divine Mercy. He was shown in white robes with red and pale rays coming from his heart. She was instrumental in creating the image of the Divine Mercy, which eventually spread throughout the church and became important. She is venerated for her devotion to others.
