1 1/8" Satin and antiqued finish oval sterling silver St. Christopher medal on a 24" stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a slightly raised figure of St. Christopher, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders, in the center, with antiqued finishing. Around the border on the outside of the pendant are the words, "Saint Christopher Protect Us" at the top with an array of stars at the bottom.
