1 1/8" Polished and satin finish 14K gold plated over sterling silver oval Miraculous Medal on a 24" stainless steel gold plated chain. The oval medal features a raised and engraved image of Mary in the center, surrounded by the words, "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee,". The back of the medal features the Miraculous symbol in a brushed finish with a raised border. The symbol is comprised of the letter "M" with a cross on the top and two hearts and twelve stars. The "M" is an abbreviation for Mary, the cross represents the sacrifice of Jesus, and the two hearts are the immaculate heart of the Virgin Mary and for the sacred heart of Jesus.
