14K Gold Plated Oval Miraculous Medal - 13/16"

13/16" Oval polished and satin finish 14K gold plated over sterling silver miraculous medal on an 18" stainless steel gold plated chain. The pendant features a decorative filigree border with a satin finish oval in the center depicting the figure of Mary. On the back of the medal in a brushed finish is the letter M, representing Mary, surmounted by a cross representing the sacrifice of Jesus, and surrounded by twelve stars that represent the twelve apostles. Includes an elegant deluxe velour jewelry box. The origin of the miraculous medal comes from the visions Saint Catherine Laboure experienced in the year 1830 of Mary Immaculate.
