5/8" Polished and enameled finish round sterling silver St. Christopher medal on an 18" stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a raised figure of St. Christopher, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders, in the center, with a blue enameled overlay. Around the outside of the enamel on the polished border are the words, "Saint Christopher Protect Us".
